Supplement improves IBS symptoms
We explored how a mixture of beta-glucan, inositol, and digestive enzymes could alleviate gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and concurrent irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

The study involved 43 patients who were already in clinical remission and treated only with mesalamine. They were divided into two groups: one received the usual treatment plus the supplement, while the other only received the standard care.

After four weeks, we observed notable improvements in symptoms such as bloating, flatulence, and abdominal pain in the group taking the supplement. Our findings suggest that this combination may significantly enhance the overall well-being of IBD-IBS patients, making their daily lives a bit easier.
We investigated the potential benefits of a combination treatment involving beta-glucan, inositol, and digestive enzymes known as Biointo, aimed at relieving symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). In this study, 50 IBS patients received Biointo, while another group of 40 patients did not receive any treatment. Our primary goal was to see if this mixture could alleviate common IBS symptoms like bloating, flatulence, and abdominal pain.

Our findings revealed that patients who took Biointo experienced notable improvements in bloating, flatulence, and abdominal pain. However, we also observed a slight increase in urgency for bowel movements, which suggests some complexity in how these treatments affect IBS symptoms. Unfortunately, the mixture did not show significant improvements for all symptoms associated with IBS, revealing that more research is needed in understanding the full effects of inositol the way it is used in this blend.

While Biointo does provide some relief for specific IBS-related symptoms, the extent of its effectiveness varies. This study illustrates that while inositol plays a role in the treatment of IBS, it is not a miracle solution and its impact may not be universally experienced among IBS patients. Many patients still seek effective management options as IBS can significantly disrupt daily life.

The quality is outstanding. The ingredients include Isantol, and there's enough for a month. I take it with folic acid as prescribed by my doctor to support my efforts to conceive with polycystic ovary syndrome. Pray for my good offspring! The packaging is securely sealed. Glory be to God!

Previously, I was on hormones for my polycystic ovary syndrome, which caused many side effects. On my gynaecologist's advice, I switched to Miracle inositol, and my periods became regular without pills! I am thrilled as I even got pregnant thanks to it. Currently, I’m also recommending it to new mothers so they can have regular periods too. If you found this review helpful, please like it.

Effective against visceral fat! My goal is to reduce visceral fat. It's worth noting that inositol's effectiveness is halved when taken with protein, so I take a tablet between meals, and one before bed. After a month, I've noticed improvements in my bowel movements and some fat loss. My stomach area appears slightly smaller. Also, since inositol is quickly absorbed, I avoid sweets to prevent sugar from being stored as fat. I take 3 to 4 tablets a day and engage in muscle training, and my body fat percentage is gradually decreasing.

For those with cyst symptoms and reduced cravings for sweets, I took it due to my polycystic ovary syndrome. It effectively helps when combined with exercise, a healthy diet, and proper sleep. It particularly improved my mood and decreased my sweet cravings while aiding in slimming.

I took it to reduce insulin resistance, and while I didn’t retake the test, I noticed an improvement in my overall condition. I felt less irritable, and my sleep and skin have noticeably improved. However, I am also consuming several other supplements concurrently.
